Ensure to implement the sales order processing check points and manage to process the order in minimum time. Preparation and sharing of payment outstanding and aging report in respect of dealers/customers with the concerned sales team member and verification of outstanding limit before processing of order in the system. Preparation and submission of following report to management as per defined timelines, Inventory Report, different types of report sales/order/collection/ as per the requirement. Job Description :
- Inventory Management.
- Allocation location as per material category.
- Planning of a category items.
- Receipt of incoming goods, Inspection of all receipts, Storage and preservation, Identification of all materials stored.
- Materials handling, Issue and dispatch, Maintenance of stock records, Stores accounting, Inventory control.

- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products in coordination with QC team
- Update order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Proven work experience as a Purchase Officer/Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Good computer operation skills e.g. MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, E.Mail operation).
